Family traits

After looking at each of the family characters i noticed that they all had similar personality traits. Each of them has been differently but the majority of them all are stereotypical. So instead of following the same root for my characters i am going to go the opposite way and make them more bizarre.

Example
Typical Mother-Slim, pretty, housewife, sensible, caring, peacemaker, healthy
My Version-fat, stupid, chinese male order bride, smoker, drinker, lazy, ugly, selfish, baggy.
